Here's a synopsis of Smallville season 10 episode 10 with the promo trailer below: Clark accidentally activates a Kryptonian box that takes him to a parallel universe where Lionel found him in cornfields instead of the Kents. As such, the alternate universe Clark is a murderer who has swapped places with the real Clark.
