Gibtown is a community of circus sideshow performers and everyone in the town are suspects in the said murder. Aside from that a 52-year-old woman lying dead in a baby stroller while a tourist and a cigarette break add up to a bizarre and bloody discovery in some bushes. Cargill and Longworth try to find out the real meaning of the relationship of this case. Meanwhile, Sam consider taking a job with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
