In Cleveland, a man is shot dead in an empty courtyard. A mysterious 911 call leads Detectives Ignatius Sowa and Raymond Diaz on the hunt for an elusive killer. Then in Dallas, a 72-year-old grandmother is found beaten to death inside her home. Detective Tommy Raley discovers that his suspect may be someone she trusted.
