The four recruits were given a career upgrade and went to work as location executives to the posh wedding company Love and Lord. Owner James Lord sent the Career Crashers to four of the most glamorous destinations in Europe and asked them to negotiate commission on five-star hotels. As well as the negotiations they were asked to come back with an exciting wow factor which would add an extra-special something to their exclusive wedding packages.
