The remaining six contestants make their way to the island of Kauai where they do everything that they can to avoid falling below this week’s red line. They begin their trip at the scenic Waimea Canyon State Park before the trainers put them through an intense workout at Polihale beach. They then have to get into kayaks and paddle out in the ocean to retrieve a bag of puzzle pieces.
