Kang attempts to conquer the world once again, this time trapping the Avengers in a temporal void to keep Earth's mightiest heroes from getting in the way of his plans. Now, a new team of heroes (consisting of Spider-Man, War Machine, Wolverine, Iron Fist, Luke Cage and the Thing) must band together to stop the invasion.
