Game two features comedian Rosie O'Donnell and actress Kathy Najimy, who face-off with hopes of making it to the winners' circle and the ultimate prize of $100,000.

Joining the celebrity guests are Derek Jech of Gentry, Arkansas; Lori Burkhoff of Great Neck, New York; Ben Stango of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Liz Martin of Gilbert, Arizona.
