Joanne Leadley and Ross Clarke go head to head in the feeding clinic. Ross skips meal and never finds time to eat, while Joanne is a giant portion eater. Christian shows Ross the damage his diet of nothing is doing and sends Jo to Georgia, America, to meet a woman whose life has been ruined by overeating. Christian pays a visit to America's fattest town, where he meets doctors who treat a huge variety of obesity related illnesses and patients.
