After the exciting opening premiere of the 10th season where Clark Kent who is in a "near death experience" was warned by Jor-el by the dark path ahead of him and giving him advice on to becoming the superhero that we know. Plus the revelation of one of the known nemesis of Superman, Lex Luthor, who was introduced in the season as a clone of the original Lex. Lois discovered the real identity of Clark but decided to be silent about it and goes to Africa after she was kidnapped by Lex's clone. Now on Smallville season 10 episode 2, Clark becomes involved in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse as he tries to protect Lois' replacement at the Daily Planet, who is being targeted by an assassin named Deadshot. Meanwhile, Hawkman introduces Lois, who currently resides in Egypt, to his wife, Shayera.
