He will offer viewers a feast of dishes influenced by India’s colourful history, captivating cultures and enthralling religious communities. In the final programme, Rick puts “6 of the best†recipes discovered on his travels to a panel of curry aficionados in Bradford – will they prove equally appealing to British taste-buds and prove a worthy contender to the infamous Chicken Tikka Masala?
