9 - 1: Come As You Are

Heidi Klum, Michael Kors and Nina Garcia with Tim Gunn returns in the reality TV series Project Runway Season 9 which premiere date is July 28, 2011 with a record-setting 20 talented designers namely Amanda Perna, Anthony Ryan Auld, Anya Ayoung-Chee, Becky Ross, Bert Keeter, Bryce Black, Cecilia Motwani, Danielle Everine, David Chum, Fallene Wells, Gunnar Deatherage, Joshua McKinley, Joshua Christensen, Julie Tierney, Kimberly Goldson, Laura Kathleen, Olivier Green, Rafael Cox, Serena da Conceicao, and Viktor Luna. However, only 16 of them will get one of the spots to be on the show. Once the sixteen designers are chosen, they will be awaken at the crack of dawn with one of the toughest first challenges in the series' history. The Project Runway season 9 episode 1 will show the selection of the 16 designers that will be on the show and the final stage of the casting is held in New York City with guest judge Christina Ricci. Who among the 20 designers that will be chosen by Heidi, Michael, Nina and Tim to proceed to the next level of this fashion reality series.
