It introduces the TV series that will feature 12-singer-songwriters that will be competing for the cash prize of $100,000 plus a publishing deal with songwriting collective The Writing Camp, and a recording deal with RCA/Jive label. What the show is all about? Well each episode will how these guys will create a masterpiece on different music genre from love ballad to dance track. In Platinum Hit, these singer-songwriters will need to write the song and perform their piece in every episode. The contestants that will be composing the Platinum Hit series are Sonyae Elise, Nevin James, Scotty Granger, Jes Hudak, Brian Judah, Johnny Marnell, Nick Nittoli, Blessing Offor, Amber Ojeda, Melissa Rapp, Jackie Tohn, and Karen Waldrup while Kara DioGuardi, Keith Naftaly, Jewel and other special judges will be featured on future episode.
