A Florida family in dispute with their neighbor over noise is appalled to learn what the chemistry student is injecting under their door. A neighbor is the opposite of "Minnesota Nice" when he accuses the man next door of not keeping his dogs out of her yard. And in South Carolina, a public pool becomes the backdrop for an afternoon brawl between moms.
