Katie Cazorla may run The Painted Nail, a nail salon that caters to the likes of Teri Hatcher and Hilary Duff, but A-listers expecting special treatment should look elsewhere.
"It doesn't matter if you're a celebrity. If you have jacked-up nails, I'm gonna tell you," Cazorla said Wednesday at the Televisions Critics Association's winter preview session. Viewers may soon get to see that honesty in action when TV Guide Network premieres its new reality series, The Nail Files.
