Detectives Goren and Eames are curious about an altruistic Good Samaritan who gives away his organs and money to the needy. However, when two people are murdered, including a transplant recipient, the police believe the suspect took a controlling interest in those whose lives he changed. But making their case stick hinges on coincidental medical evidence that occurred when the charitable man callously double-crossed his murderous partner.
