Anthony Melchiorri visits the Yankee Clipper Inn in scenic North Conway, N.H. Despite the year-round tourism in the area, the hotel is suffering because of constant employee turnover. Melchiorri needs to change the owner's management style before his fed-up staff walks out on him for good.
