Lucy Alexander meets a retired bingo caller who buys a renovation project in Maidstone, but will he be calling 'house'? Martin Roberts has to navigate his way through a maze of a building to find a one-bedroom flat in Salford, and calls in on a house in Stoke with an outside toilet. Let's hope the new owner isn't caught short on his investment.
