Chantelle comes to the decision to try and speak up for a patient after an ethical dilemma happens on the ward. She soon learns though that she could have chosen the wrong moment to find her voice. Michael answers a last-minute call to come in to work on his son's birthday. Elliott attempts to improve the confidence of a promising medical student who is considering giving up.
