6 - 5: Invasion

Arizona stands by an enraged Callie when her father visits with a priest to attempt to convince her to renounce her homosexuality; and an accident derails a patient's upcoming kidney donation, with Dr. Bailey promising to set things right, segueing into a crossover with Private Practice. Due to a kidney patient mishap, Izzie is fired from the hospital staff. First thinking it was because of her cancer, she tells the Chief that her firing was illegal. Then finding out it was because of the kidney patient, Izzie blames Alex, and leaves him a Dear John letter and evidently disappears.
