This week, Gok shares some of his family's favourite recipes, beginning with his own take on his aunt's super healthy pork and ginger soup. Gok returns to Leicester to cook with his father, Poppa Wan, and they create a simple soy-glazed chicken with Gok's spicy cucumber salad. They also create the ultimate showstopper, Dragon scallops in burning oil sauce.
