Gok Cooks Chinese: Season 1, Episode 1

1 - 1:

Gok creates a simple egg fried rice before joining his father, Chinese chef Poppa Wan, as he creates char siu pork. He also goes into the kitchens of London restaurant Hakkasan to learn how the professionals make dishes in just a few minutes. He then creates wok-fried green beans and shrimps, beef and black bean sauce, and spicy king prawns with cashew nuts.
