Jimmy attempts to find out why so much of the bacon in supermarkets comes from Denmark. Kate talks to some mozzarella makers in Italy and in the Campania region, she finds out the ancient techniques used to produce the cheese. Matt attempts to find out if you can eat the snails found in your garden.
