Trainer and transformation specialist Chris Powell takes one of his toughest clients, Krista from Haslett, Texas, through an unforgiving weight loss journey, pushing her to conquer her weight despite her efforts to push away his help. A 34-year-old married mother of one, Krista had it all, until a fateful day in 2006 when she discovered her then two-year-old daughter had suffered a seizure. Everything in Krista's world changed at that point, including her weight.
