Valerie tricks Mrs Tembe into going pheromone dating, and one of them makes an unexpected match. Karen and Rob must say a fond farewell to foster child Adam. Jean insists her husband has a serious health problem, but surgeon Graham maintains she is increasingly manic. When Graham reveals Jean hit him, Heston believes him - but if he is wrong, Graham's patients may be at risk.
