Guy heads to Atlanta to visit a third generation cafeteria that serves Southern favorites. Next, he meets a culinary school grad who works at a Louisiana bar and cooks up everything from rabbit to turtle soup. And lastly, he stops at an Albuquerque, N.M. steakhouse which is located in the back of a bar.
