Mia's renewed relationship with Lucas is making her feel like she's on top of the world. With the extra free time afforded by his help, she's taking on all the high school things her parenting has kept her from enjoying. To keep Lucas happy, though, Mia also must allow herself to have fun with him once in a while. But when a party goes too far, Mia alone will have to face the consequences. Simpson is finally feeling confident that he'll be able to go back to school and put his family back together. Emma is thrilled for him - but both are distracted when Sean Cameron comes back to town.
