Pixie Lott opens the show by performing live. The remaining eight of the celebrities take to the ice for the first time with only seven of them making it through to the next round. After each couple have performed the judges give their verdicts and scores on what they have seen. At the end of the show the phone lines are opened for the second public vote of the series.
