The five remaining teams of bakers square off in the quarterfinals where they'll have to impress special guest judge, James Beard Award-winning Pastry Chef (and creator of The Cronut(TM)), Dominique Ansel. Then, during the Elimination Bake, the clues point the bakers to the most challenging mystery dessert of the season.
