The officers in Sacramento stop a stolen vehicle, but those inside have no knowledge of it being stolen. A call for a suspicious person walking around, ends with a man lurking about an alleyway in Minneapolis. Lastly, the deputies of Rancho Cucamonga, California, takes in a woman who hides her identity yet admits to be under the influence of pot.
