8 - 10: Episode 10

Joe Calzaghe, Matthew Hoggard, Speech Debelle and Les Dennis attempt to impress this week. The are challenged to design their own unique dish from a range of mystery ingredients including a whole squid. They then have to create a spiced fig tart tatin with praline and orange and rose water cream. Finally, they are thrown into the world of mass catering when they must ensure that rugby union team Harlequins are not only fed on time, but given food suitable for elite sportsmen.
