Brian returns to present this year's live final. All of the evicted housemates return and are introduced to the crowd. Highlights are shown of life from within the house. The remaining five housemates have to vote for their favourite housemate in different different award catergories. The celebrities enjoy one last party in the house. Brian talks to the house and announces that the twins have finished in fifth place. The twins leave the house and chat to Brian about their time living in the house. Brian talks to the house for a second time and announces that Michael has finished in fourth place. Michael leaves and chats to Brian about his time in the house. Brian chats to the house for a third time and reveals that Gareth has finished in third place. Gareth leaves and chats to Brian about his time living in the house. Brian chats to the house one last time and reveals that Denise has been crowned the winner. Frankie leaves and chats to Brian about his time in the house. Denise leaves as the winner and chats to Brian.
