Emma is back for the second live eviction of the current series. Highlights are shown of life from within the house. The food won in the shopping task by the housemates is removed and the housemates have to live on basic rations. Hot water and electrical appliances are turned off until further notice because Bruce, Courtney, Vicky, Dustin, Lauren and Ron broke the rules by discussing nominations. There is friction between Sophie and Lauren. The housemates attempt to win a party for Courtney as she celebrates her birthday in the house. Courtney has to choose her best friend in the house to have a slumber party with after the housemates pass the task. Courtney ends up selecting Dustin as he is also American and so that she didn’t have to make a decision between the others. Lauren is upset that she was not chosen. Carol and Louie discuss their fellow housemates. Dustin and Courtney get dressed up for the slumber party and enjoy champagne, cake and pizza with some pampering products. Bruce talks to Big Brother about how hard it was him to nominate. Carol, Louie and Vicky talk about who they think will be evicted on Friday. Courtney becomes ill at the party and Lauren attempts to look after her and gives her one of her pills. Lauren is called to the diary room by Big Brother and is warned not to give Courtney any more of her medication. Housemates talk about what Lauren did. Sophie upsets Lauren. Emma talks to the house and reveals that both Lauren and Charlotte are safe from eviction tonight. More highlights are shown of life in the house. Lauren hides herself in the toilet and is called to the diary room. Bruce gets angry and scares some of the other housemates. Lauren talks to Big Brother about how she is feeling and becomes upset. Louie comforts Lauren after she leaves the diary room. Emma talks to the house for a second time and reveals that Ron is the next housemate to be evicted from the house. Ron says his goodbyes and chats to Emma about his time living in the house.
