Brian returns to present this year's live final. Highlights are shown of life from within the house. The celebrities are thrown a dinner party as they enjoy their last night in the house together. The celebrities become emotional as they talk about their experiances living in the house. Brian talks to the house and reveals that Razor his finished in fifth place. Razor talks to Brian after leaving the house. Brian talks to the house for a second time and reveals that Claire has finished in fourth place. Claire says her goodbyes and chats to Brian about her time living in the house. Brian talks to the house for the penultimate time and reveals that Ryan has finished in third place. Ryan leaves thouse and urges everyone to vote for Rylan. Brian talks to the house for the last time and announces that Rylan is this year's winner. Heidi and Spencer leave the house and chat to Brian about being voted runner up. Rylan then leaves the house and chats to Brian about being voted the winner.
