The new housemates enter the house and get acquainted with one another. The first two entrants Julie Goodyear and Cheryl Fergison are set a secret mission to create a soap opera in 90 minutes. Cheryl pretends that Julie has had an affair with one of her ex's. The pair pass their mission and win the house a soap themed party.
