9 - 69: Episode 69

Highlights from within the house are shown. The housemates from hell have to open letters and sort them into heave and hell piles. Hidden in some are letters to the heaven housemates. When the hell housemates find them they have to read them out to the housemates. All the heaven housemates receive a letter accept Rachel as she is head of house. Rachel is called to the diary room and told she can have her letter or she can not take it and instead the hell housemates will receive a letter each instead. Rachel decides to give the letters to the hell housemates.
