15 - 47: Day 45

Highlights are shown of life from within the house. Charlie and Hazel attempt to clear the air following their argument. Today's task sees the housemates playing follow the leader. They are each given a secret mission to play. The housemates have to nominate once again. After everyone has nominated it is revealed that Callum, Dexter, Hazel and the twins will face the public vote this week. Dexter speculates if one of the remaining housemates could be an actor like Michael was. The housemates learn who will face the public vote this week and also learn who has nominated them.
