11 - 86: Live Finale

Davina returns to present the live final and also the show which will announce which housemates are entering the house to take part in Ultimate Big Brother. Highlights are shown of the housemates enjoying their last full day in the house. Dave tells Mario and Andrew more about his daughter. Josie hopes that John James will still want her after she leaves the house. The housemates learn they are to given a celebratory last dinner in the house and have to dress up for the occasion. The housemates are given a tombola with questions inside they must all answer. The housemates enjoy the party that Big Brother throws them. All the housemates enter the Diary Room where they talk about how being on the show has changed their lives. Davina talks to the house and announces that Andrew has finished in 5th place. Andrew says his goodbyes and leaves the house. Andrew talks to Davina about his time in the house. When Davina talks to the house again she announces that JJ has finished in 4th place. JJ leaves the house and talks to Davina about his time living in the house. Mario learns he has finished in third place when Davina talks to the house once again. Mario leaves the house and chats to Davina about his time in the house. Davina talks to the house one last time and announces that Josie is the winner of Big Brother 11. Dave leaves the house and talks to Davina about her experience living in the house. Josie leaves the house and talks to Davina about how the experience has changed her. After being reunited with John James, Josie reenters the house as the first person on Ultimate Big Brother. Davina introuduces the other former housemates to enter the house one by one and they are Chantelle, Preston, Nadia, Brian Dowling, Ulrika, Makosi, John McCririck, Coolio, Nikki and Nick.
