The new run of the show that brings the sun to our sofas continues. Lucy Alexander is house-hunting around the Poitou-Charentes region of southwest France with retired couple Angela and Simon. They first met at university where they bonded over their shared love of theatre and 46 years of marriage later, they have two grown-up children, four grandchildren and a dog. Now, with a budget of £225,000, they're hoping to fulfil their dream of owning a French farmhouse, where they can indulge in art and yoga and spend time with their family.
