A postal worker slips on sewage and may have broken his hip, he's lying on the ground and can't move. Paramedics are sent to a possible cardiac arrest and find their patient in a bin. Medics also treat a woman who's in excruciating pain with kidney stones, an elderly man with a urine infection and a three-month-old baby who is having trouble breathing.
