When a man is found collapsed outside his house clutching his chest, the paramedics need to act quickly as he may be having a heart attack. A category one call - the highest priority - comes through for a woman collapsed on her bathroom floor and an elderly woman climbs on a chair to reach a daddy long-legs, with painful consequences.
