Krystal and Dedric have found their next 50/50 FLIP and this house is the only mid-century home in all of Burlington! Since mid-century modern homes are hot, the Polites are excited to make it a standout property and sell it for top dollar. Their goal is to modernize this gem and flip it with a budget under or less.
